Now this is a very important part of this visit: My ride was late picking me up because they had had a car accident way on the other side of town. The receptionist made sure that the security guard knew that I was expecting a ride--The security guard was so polite. We had a very good conversation and he even gave me a bottle of cold water from his truck.--Now I live in Memphis where compassion is running a little low and when my ride got there, he got out of his truck to open my door. I go back to get my procedure done on the 23rd. I think I'll buy them lunch. Tell the staff that Karen Spencer-McGee was very impressed with her first visit- I am 61 years old and I have been putting this off for 15 years-My Dr. Denise Woods at ALL ABOUT YOU HEALTHCARE IN WHITE HAVEN Made sure that she sent me to the best

Someone has trained these people really well at this clinic they could tell that I had a little anxiety and they made me feel at ease.. From The receptionist upfront to the nurse who took my blood pressure and definitely The doctor that came in to explain this procedure to me--Because I had been in the sun during a few hours, my blood pressure was a little high and they made sure to recheck it before I left to make sure that I was all right- Now that is service!

I told them that I had concerns about the procedure and the doctor gave me the history of the doctor that would be doing the procedure and also pointed me to some pamphlets so I would know how it goes- Matter of fact, they treated me as if I was human

The receptionist at the front desk was watching everyone in the waiting area to make sure that they were completing all of there information, and she even helped me feel my registration out so that I would be on time.She is perfect for the job I hadi had never had such great service.
