I have been seeing Robert Fine since before he came to SFMC - I will follow him where ever he goes. He has been the best and is always in a great mood and never seems in a rush to get in and out of the room. He spent over 30 minutes talking with me about her death, how I was feeling emotionally, and what I should expect health wise as a grieved, and offered advice and concern about how it can affect your health and how to eat to counter the tendency to run your health down due to neglect. He said if I needed any help he was always there and could be reached any time by using the patient portal. He would answer any questions I had same day if not within an hour. What more could you ask for. That is why I am so loyal.

Robert is great. he doesn't process' patients like we're cans of tuna on an assembly line. I've gone to him for over 20 years. he knows his stuff, he's frank & open, doesn't bury me in unnecessary meds, give practical nutritional advice, listens & believes you & is always upbeat & caring. Don't let him get away. In my 68 years I've only seen one other medical professional this good.

Robert and his nurse Ebony were very helpful and courteous.Robert is one of the most helpful, intelligent and caring doctors I have. He goes the distance with his explanations of medications or physical ailments. I always appreciate how he shares with me the how and why of what's going on with me medically. Robert is honest with his evaluations of me. I have been going to him for close to 20 years, give or take. I have seen other doctors due to insurance issues and I have not been as comfortable as I am when Robert makes a diagnosis and gives me a full explanation, helping me understand.
