Nurse Practitioner Ray was so kind and considerate! I let her know how nervous I was for a pap smear (since the last one was so painful) and she listened to my concerns. She used a smaller speculum and talked through everything she did step by step. She is so kind and friendly and I am so glad to now have her as my NP!

She has great bedside manners and was very easy to talk to. She was great at listening and making sure she addressed my concerns. I appreciate her for clearing up the concerns I had and the time she took on the visit. I didn't feel rushed at all and she really showed concern. The front staff was were also great the waiting room was empty when I came in and they treated me and carried on some small talk which made me feel very welcomed. I must say the whole experience was a great first impression.

The atmosphere was comfortable & welcoming Both receptionists were very nice. The wait before getting called was due to me not using the app to check in to do my paperwork. Once my check in was completed I only waited about 10 minutes to be called to a room. The NA was nice & so was Dr. Lauren. She was very detailed in explaining my options for my visit & was very welcoming. My overall experience was absolutely great!

Lauren listened to my concerns! I was there for my yearly PAP and she informed me that I could wait every 3 years if I wanted to. I told her that I was super cautious with my health and wanted to do the PAP anyway. She obliged without any hesitation or protest. My PAP came back abnormal. I'm so glad she listened to me and didn't attempt to persuade me to wait the recommended 3 years!
