It was not my first time to the clinic, but it was the first time that my care was provided by this provider. He was very friendly and did explain how certain medications would work with the Type 2 diabetes and I really appreciated that. He even gave me "next steps" if the medication did not completely clear up my illness.

My nurse practitioner always sits down and discusses my health with me. He never rushes. He doesn't stand at the doorway with his computer on a cart and talk to me from across the room. He also, issues his stethoscope to listen to my heart and lungs. I am not use to the great care that I have received since changing and making william my primary care. He is the best. William truly loves taking care of his patients. This personalized wonderful care is hard to find these time of days.
