Dr Hugh encouraged me to ask questions about my surgery and explained my test results, and also recommended me to have surgery much sooner than I expected. He also explained why. I love this place from the time I walked in the office, they were so friendly. Ashley who made my appointment over the phone was sweet as pie, and Debbie is definitely a go getting. Dr. Francis was showed great compassion as concern about my care and healing. He was assigned to me by St. Francis Hospital after I came through the ER. his bed side manners are the best I have ever witnessed. He takes his time to explain everything and answers all your questions. I am so grateful I was assigned to his care.
