He doesn't leave the urgent issues unaddressed for fear of making John anxious, but he has a patient way of encouraging and leading John into healthier behavior and difficult tasks. Dr. Crawford has provided care and compassion for many generations of our family and continues to.

Everyone is so nice and right on time with everything! If a referral is needed you will receive a call from the doctor's office to schedule an appt within 24 hours! I would recommend this doctor's office over any other! Dr. Crawford has taken very good care of my relatives including my great-great-aunt as well as my mother and others! Dr. Crawfords old scribe would always go through all the information in the system and update information regatding preferred pharmacy, I realize this is on the Saint Francis portal, but always good to confirm, update notes, and have everything ready for Dr. Crawford in the computer for him to confirm and approve which helped him speed up his office visit and ensure alk information is correct converning data entry by a trained tech savy scribe for an exvelkent older Dr using new data entry programs which he insnt exoected to be an expert at giving him more time to focus on primary care as the patient physician, as this is his primary role not data entry, only approving, checking amd signing off. The scribe was very nice and pleasabt to interact with, this is only feedback

I've been going here consistently as an adult for the past few years, but also as a child when I was Ill. I have had zero complaints over the past 30 years. My sister was seen by Dr. Crawford about 35 years ago, I can't recall why, but he reported the injuries to DHS or child services or whoever Dr.'s report things to when they suspect child abuse. At the time it was offensive because it was outlandish that anyone would think my parents would do that. They came to the house and talked to us, they were there maybe 5 minutes. I think they quickly surmised nothing was going on, but in hind sight it's an act to be praised. I'm sure my little sister was nervous and probably seemed scared, so Dr. Crawford was doing his due diligence and a just to be safe kind of thing. Dr Crawford has been my primary physician for @ least 22 yrs. He and his staff are very professional, courteous and all of the other good qualities of yesterday healthcare. I actually drive 2.50 hrs for appts. There are probably other good compassionate doctors closer, I just don't know them

Even when I temporarily switched to another provider & came back, he has been gracious & the only Dr who ever treated me like a person with a problem & not a drug seeker.
