Rosemary is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a member of Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society.
She began her nursing career more than 25 years ago as a Licensed Practical Nurse working on a medical-surgical floor. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a school nurse for 13 years.
Her passion to care for children and others encouraged her to advance her career and continue her education.
She earned her BSN from Union University and her Master's Degree in Nursing from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
Prior to partnering with Saint Francis Medical Partners she owned and operated her own health care clinic in Millington Tennessee.
In her spare time, she loves crafting and spending time with her family, especially her grandson Drake.
Rosemary believes in the "Golden Rule" Treat others as you would want to be treated as patients may not remember what we tell them or what we do for them, but they will always remember how we made them feel.

Once again Dr Rosemary knew exactly that I was having a severe side effect from a new medicine from another MD. If I had continued the meds I could have been injured for life! I thank the Lord for bringing me to her as she has saved my life twice, diabetic hyperglycemia and cardiac test she ordered showed blockage that required a stent. She is absolutely amazing! She says she just researches everything completely before making a diagnosis but she is everything I need in a PCP and I am so lucky to have her taking care of me.

Ms Jacobs is amazing! She has been on top of my healthcare and has diagnosed and treated appropriately for neuropathic pain and referred me for evaluation for abnormal kidney functions. Also ordered test for my complaints of severe fatigue and SOB that resulted in a cardiac catheter and stent which improved my daily functioning. Can't say enough good things about her.

I love my *Doctor Rosemary Jacobs. She has been my favorite since I can remember & I'm 35 yrs old. Saint Francis Hospital & this office is very good. Oh, and the lady how does the blood work is AWESOME!!

The blood work nurse made sure you sat there till she put your names on tubes of blood that way there would be no confusion on tubes of blood which is a very good habit. And she was so good with taking blood work.

Dr Rosemary is so caring, compassionate, takes the time to throughly listen to you, exam you & go over her fame plan as what she needs you To do and what she's doing to correct any problem you might have. She is the most thorough doctor and I have been to.

I have always been happy with the care I received from my AFNP. She always explains everything in detail so I never leave with any questions or additional concerns that I have to call back for. I feel confident when I leave that all my issues have been addressed and that she spent as much time with me as was necessary and completely listened to everything that I had to say.
