Returned to office on Monday morning out of concern for not receiving the Prep kit and unsatisfactory phone communications. Went to the surgery center, informed the desk of my concerns. They immediately retrieved a Prep kit and gave me a brief orientation how-to use the kit, then answered my questions. The surgery center appears to be staffed with an experienced staff that has a keen awareness of good customer service skills. Thank you, Surgery center staff for addressing my urgent need before my Colonoscopy in the morning.
