It was an amazing experience. They made the appointment for the next morning. Sheila in admissions was sweet and very helpful with questions on admission form and afterwards. These medical professionals have taken fantastic care of me for years now. It's not like seeing a doctor, it's like seeing friends. I can't speak highly enough about the entire staff. Reception is always friendly and ready to help, the nursing staff is fantastic, and genuinely want to help. Dr. Lipsey has a real conversation with you about your health and works with you to find solutions. The city of Oakland is lucky to have such hardworking caring health care providers so close bye.
