I liked how the staff member in the registration area remembered who I was when I was checking out. Vickie, the nurse practitioner, was very polite and seemed quite knowledgeable. I liked her and the nurse practitioner. And both of them put me at ease.

To tell you the truth, I didn't notice. There were no masks worn. I think we had enough of masks during the Covid era. Everybody looked clean and neat. I'll pay more attention next time.
