Dr. Andrew T. Watson is a board-certified cardiologist with subspecialty certifications in cardiovascular imaging including nuclear cardiology and echocardiography. He earned his undergraduate degree at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, in Charleston, South Carolina, and graduated from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine studying in both Plymouth, Montserrat and London, England. Dr. Watson completed his internal medicine residency at Methodist LeBonheur Hospitals in Memphis, Tennessee and attended Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, where he earned his cardiology fellowship. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC).
Dr. Watson holds certifications with the American Board of Internal Medicine (2002), ABIM Cardiovascular Disease (2005, 2018) and the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons, Internal Medicine & Cardiology. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the Society of Nuclear Medicine, Society of Vascular Medicine, Tennessee Medical Association and Memphis Medical Society.

I haven't had a lot of interaction with this doctor & he is reserving his judgements until after I see the neurologist. He spoke plainly to me & answered all my questions. I just left my current doctor because he didn't. So we are off to a good start.

They work together like they were very close knitted I asked a question may I have a list with my medicine on it because some of my medicine has changed and I want to make sure that every doctor I go to get it right. Both of the young ladies the nurse and the other lady maybe she was a nurse too I don't know but they both said it at the same time and the doctor oh I'll get it for her so that let me know they care and they was paying attention.

Dr. Watson is caring and informative. I have high cholesterol which I'm on medication with concerns of heart disease. Dr. Watson has submitted orders upon my request/concern to get updated labs to follow up on my previously high cholesterol numbers. Thankfully, t he e medication I'm on and healthy choices I've been making gas lowered my cholesterol.

The front desk Representatives were very courteous very helpful. They got you in and they got you out. All the way from the back everyone worked as though they were helping their family. Or should I say they were like working for Jesus because they cared about what they were doing even the doctor showed caring and caring means everything to a patient.
